UK CAA approves the ETA

We are delighted to announce that Oxford Aviation Academy, in partnership with emeryroberts, is now a UK CAA-approved language assessment body. Using the English Test for Aviation (ETA), Oxford Aviation Academy and emeryroberts are now approved by the CAA to test the English language proficiency of pilots and flight crew for the ICAO language proficiency requirements.

English for Maintenance in Bahrain

emeryroberts is pleased to announce the start of a 4 month aviation English course for aircraft maintenance trainees in Bahrain in collaboration with AFAQ Institute of Aviation Technology. The initial course is for 100 trainees to receive 200 hours of technical aviation English.

English for ATCOs

We are very pleased to report on the successful completion of an intensive course of aviation English for 86 central European Air Traffic Control Officers (ATCOs). The ATCOs joined us at Oxford Aviation Academy for 3 week courses between February and April this year in preparation to sit the ELPAC test for the EC air traffic control licence.
