Cabin Crew English - sample material now available

Cabin Crew English teaches and practices the language that cabin crew need to communicate effectively in English when carrying out their in-flight responsibilities.

This short, intermediate level course concentrates on improving communication in the following areas:

• Crew to passengers - through formal announcements, individual attention, standard and non-routine dialogues
• Crew to cockpit - through formal and informal dialogues
• Crew to crew

The course takes learners from the departures gate to the arrivals gate with emphasis on operational job-related issues.
